Observant Wife just reminded me about the EAGLE on my shoulder. Make that FOUR birds. I have fail.

Are you allowed to have tattoos that show while wearing your uniform?
@frank: The bird was custom drawn by my inker based on traditional swallow designs. The new Army regulations are very specific regarding visible tattoos. The portion of the tattoo you can see while in uniform must be “behind the ear-line” and “in good taste”.
