I have successfully completed my first bowel movement in our new home. 1/2 bathroom down, 2 to go.
And have no doubt, that last statement begs a much deeper explanation than 140 characters can provide right now.
Man, if I hear one more Soldier say they wish I were coming back down range with them, I’ll probably hang myself in shame.

On February 15th, we ordered a set of Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells. Today, seven and a half months later, I used them for the very first time. Nothing terribly exciting or demanding, just a few curls and flyes while bigR was busy refusing to eat his dinner. Additionally, I used our pull-up bar last night for the first time in nearly two months.
I am so swoll right now.
Our car has been struck by two foul softballs in the last month. What gives?
