eight years of email

I recently got around to utilizing Mozilla Thunderbird and GMail IMAP access to transfer copious amounts of old, OLD email into GMail. Sifting through notes from eight years ago is pretty scary. Add to those emails my pack-rat compulsion of logging IM conversations, and Google’s servers now hold everything you would need to write a pretty comprehensive biography - secrets and all.
